Our Story
Dr. Emmauel Nwadeyi Foundation was born out of the generous hearts of Dr. Emmanuel and Dr. Kate Nwadeyi. They started their service to the community in 2005, assisting widows who are not able to fend for themselves, providing scholarships to children who have educational needs, and organizing social events and skill acquisition training for youths in Africa.
They decided to build a free school for impoverished children, who are fed at least two meals a day and at the same time, receive a quality education and healthcare. This couple also provided a vehicle to transport these selected children from their homes to the school and back home again. Their kindness extends to giving small loans to widows to help them to raise their family. The couple decided in 2018 to register officially as a nonprofit organization to reach the numerous needs of the population.
Meet Our Owner
Dr. Emmanuel Nwadeyi graduated from Howard University Allied Health Sciences and subsequently obtained a doctorate degree in Public Health. He is a healthcare practitioner with a specialty in Primary Care and Public Health. He started his professional career at D.C. General Hospital, Washington, DC; Prince Georges County Health Department, Maryland; and, Prison Health System in Baltimore MD, USA. He is currently the CEO/Medical Director of Avenue C Medical Center, Crown Dialysis Center, and Emtrak line Inc., all in the Houston metropolitan area.
Dr. Nwadeyi is a quiet storm and known by his family, friends, and colleagues as a God-fearing and hardworking man. His philanthropic and humanitarian gestures spanned across all human endeavors through his contributions to his family, friends, the community, Africa and the world at large.
